Grade seven pupils at Moorton Heights Primary School successfully completed the YES! 4 Schools programme which was conducted over a month, recently. The pupils gave amazing testimonies and have shown an impressive and positive turn around since the programme.

Teacher, Mrs K Gounden said during a sharing session, “Pupils are more focused and willing to help in class and they also work better as a team. Their behavior is much better as well.”

The programme is conducted by International Association for Human Values which is the sister body of the Art of Living Foundation.

The innovative programme teaches powerful breathing techniques and interactive awareness processes. Merging cognitive social emotional learning (SEL) with physiological restorative practices is what makes the project unique. These workshops are excellent for alleviating stress, boosting energy and team morale, along with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage stress, emotions, boost energy, creativity and concentration.
