Organisation appeals for assistance to launch new project

The Tyron Community Development is appealing for assistance to launch their latest project ‘Shine a Bright Future’ which aims to eradicate social ills from local schools.

The founder of the organisation, Tyron Edwin Mathenlall decided to become proactive in schools after realising that children are the future leaders of our country.  “Launching ‘Shine a Bright Future’ will change many pupils’ lives by positively impacting them.  These pupils will realise that they have a future ahead of them instead of being consumed by social ills, such as bullying, teenage pregnancy, theft, smoking, and bunking, which are plaguing the world. By launching this project, we hope it will make a huge difference in schools all over Chatsworth,” said the young man.

The organisation hopes that Chatsworth residents will sponsor them with stationery packs, meals and transport through their process.  “We have motivated and empowered pupils in over 50 schools, and we plan to grow this number immensely, with the help of generous sponsors,” added Mathenlall.

If anyone would like to be part of this project or join TCD, they can call 084-099-2233 or like the organisation’s Facebook page: Tyron Community Development or TCD’s Community Caring Project.
