A major accomplishment for anti-drug forum

The International Centre for Credentialing and Education of Addiction Professionals has finally made inroads in South Africa with their qualification, Universal Treatment for Curriculum for Substance Abuse Disorders.  Director of the Anti-Drug Forum SA, Sam Pillay, was fortunate to be invited to be trained as a trainer for addiction professionals in Pretoria.

Pillay said, “We finally have an internationally recognised qualification that can be rolled out to the rest of the country. We will now be in line with international accepted treatment protocols and how we understand and deal with substance abuse issues. It was indeed an excellent learning experience.”
