Learning Centre gives back to CHOC

The respective role-players are seen with children from the Learning Centre Pre-Primary School in Merebank.

The Learning Centre Pre-Primary School in Merebank held its annual grocery drive for Childhood Cancer Organisation (CHOC) to the CHOC house at Albert Luthuli Hospital, recently.

The drive was run in memory of Sister Navie. Parents and teachers pitched in for the collection and managed to hand over six boxes of various grocery items that the CHOC house needed to run smoothly.

Teacher, Sharitha Pretheelal said, “My sister would be proud in this particular fund as she adored little children and always assisted the needy in whichever way she could.”
