TLC children motivated to read

Pupils who enjoyed reading books at the Merebank Library, together with teachers and librarians.

The Teaching Learning Centre (TLC) visited the Merebank Library on a regular basis to promote reading from a young age.

The children were treated to a fun session of learning and sing-a-longs prepared by the librarians. TLC pupils have their own library cards.

Principal of the learning centre, Purusha Naidoo said, “We visit regularly in order for children to build a love for books and learning.”
