Flavourful Napoletana pasta

Packed with flavour and so delicious! This Napoletana pasta recipe is one that will be savoured forever.


  • 2 Fry’s Spicy Sausages, thawed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed garlic
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 1½ cups of Napoletana
  • 1 cup of pasta rice, boiled and drained
  • Thyme to garnish, finely chopped
  • Basil to garnish, finely chopped
  • Coriander to garnish, finely chopped
  • Parsley to garnish, finely chopped
  • Handful of Vegan parmesan cheese
  • Rocket to garnish
  • Pesto oil to garnish
  • Cherry tomatoes to garnish


  • Heat oil in a medium sized pot and add ¼ teaspoon of garlic and rosemary.
  • Add sausages and salt and allow to fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ¼ teaspoon of garlic, cumin seeds, and Napoletana and stir through.
  • Add pasta rice, thyme, basil, coriander, and parsley stir.
  • Add parmesan cheese and stir through.
  • Garnish with rocket, pesto oil and cherry tomatoes.
